All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order when necessary.

All prices displayed on the menu are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may be changed or updated from time to time. Orders must meet the minimum order value of ₹100 for delivery.

Delivery is available only to nearby dormitories and college hostels located within 200 metres of our store, including Homestay Dormitory, Guruji Dormitory, and IGDTUW College Hostels. Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and preparation time.

Customers may share their customization requests through WhatsApp after placing an order. Customization requests are subject to availability and may not always be possible.

Orders may not be cancellable once preparation has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with an order.

Customers choosing pickup can collect their order directly from our store after the order is prepared.

Some items may occasionally be unavailable due to stock or ingredient availability. In such cases, we may contact the customer regarding available alternatives or order changes.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to prepare and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
