Refunds are not provided for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or minor differences in preparation. In case of a missing, incorrect, damaged, or genuine quality-related issue, please contact us promptly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial/full refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Orders can be cancelled before food preparation has started. Once preparation has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or platform, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
